  • Practice @ 3:30-6
  • Dual lineup wrestle offs
• Wednesday
  • Practice @ 3:30-6
• Thursday – Dual VS Bear Creek HS (@ Tracy)
  • Check weight @ 3:30
  • Setup @ 4
  • Weigh-in @ 5
  • JV and Varsity girls @ 6
  • Varsity boys under the lights @ 7
  • Team meeting at end of dual + breakdown
• Friday
  • Practice @ 3:30-6
• Saturday – Bay Area Varsity Invite
  • Leave Tracy High @ 6am for Castro Valley HS
  • Weigh-in @ 7am
  • Wrestling begins @ 9am
  • Return in evening, time TBD
