Two hometown boys in pre-season state rankings
Two hometown Tracy wrestlers are in the pre-season state level rankings for individual wrestlers. Former Tracy High (now West High) senior Ricky Lopez and Tracy High’s sophomore Eli Blackwell, Both proving that hard work in the off-season is paying off.
Olympian tweets about diet
Olympic gold medalist suggests you watch what to eat…
Wrestlers. Be disciplined with your diet. You have the rest of your life to eat anything you want, but a very short time to be the best in the state/country/world. You know what tastes better than pizza now? Championship pizza.
